Sailing ship summary
Hoist the sails of one of the oldest still sailing ships of the brown fleet: the Antonius. The charter ship from 1898 is the perfect place to enjoy the water with a large group. Where many other ships have been demolished and replaced by more modern ships, the Antonius has been restored to its former glory and now serves as the perfect ship for sailing trips with classmates, family or friends up to 14 people for multiple days and up to 25 people for a day trip.
The ship was thoroughly restored in 1982 and 1994 in an authentic style, including the installation of all possible sanitary facilities.
Sailing ship description
The Antonius is described as rustic and authentic. Where in the past the ship transported peat, it is now mainly a place for conviviality and adventure.
The experienced skipper will determine the course of the trip. Will you choose the Wadden Sea, the Frisian Lakes or the Markermeer? Depending on the weather and the duration of the trip, he will find the most beautiful route for you.
The ship can accommodate 14 people. The accommodations are all equipped with their own washbasin. A cabin is for 2-6 people.

Sailing ship owner
Carool
