Sailing ship description
This 25,5 meter long Tjalk is the perfect ship for smaller groups who are looking for an amazing trip. Built in 1900 this sailing vessel is both practical and charismatic and offers both the unique experience of joining in sailing the ship if you choose to or simply relaxing. The width of the ship is 5,5 meters and the depth only 1 meter, enabling us to sail very shallow waters.
The layout of this sailing ship
You can find a large seating area where you can relax after a long day sailing with your group. The ship also has a professional 5-pit stove, large oven, fridge an freezer. The ship contains seven bedrooms, one 4-person cabin and six 2-person cabins. There are two toilets on the ship and a shower.
Catering options
You can rent our sailing charter based on 'sailing only' but if you want you can choose to let us do the catering. But you can also choose to 'cook with the cook'. Then you hire our cook for an affordable rate and you cook along. This way you are assured that the right amount of food is prepared, with the right amount of spices. This service is appreciated especially because not everyone has the experience to cook for larger groups - and our cook does.

Enkhuizen can be reached by both public transport and car. It's about 45 minutes away from Amsterdam.
About the area
The inner-city of Enkhuizen is riddled with canals and is surrounded by settlement walls dating back to the 17th century. You can see these historic sights when you stroll through the city which has a lot of authentic buildings.

We met each other on a sand plate south of Vlieland. Not a long time after that we bought an amazing Tjalk, we both work and live here. Ever since that decision we have been living the dream. During the sailing season we sail together with our guests to visit unique spots.
